The LGBT+ Counseling Collaborative provides culturally competent, queer-affirming, neurodiverse-informed, and trauma-informed therapy for individuals, couples, and groups. Led by award-winning Clinical Director SC Nealy—recipient of the 2024 Virginia Counselors Association Humanitarian Award, Arlington County’s 2025 Person of Vision Award, and the 2025 Queer Leaders Award—the Collaborative is committed to social justice and accessibility in mental health care.

Serving clients in person in the DMV area and virtually nationwide, the team offers a wide range of services, including gender-affirming care, sex therapy, perinatal mental health, religious trauma recovery, neurodiverse-affirming therapy, and more. Sessions are available in English and Spanish and include sliding scale options to promote accessibility.

The Collaborative prioritizes privacy and safety, operating without public signage, maintaining discreet billing, and creating a secure and COVID-cautious environment. While passionate about serving the LGBTQIA+ community, the practice welcomes clients of all backgrounds and identities.
